| Don Rehkopf developed the original
concept of ProAuction.net and brought the principals of the company together. His
goal was to create a way to bring the integrity and honesty of professional auctioneers
into the online auction world. Also, being an "ol' country boy," originally from
Athens, Texas, he especially wanted to develop a more user-friendly way of selling items
via an online auction. Born in 1949 and raised in Dumas,
Texas, Don entered the Air Force after high school. He graduated from the University of
North Dakota in 1979 and has six children. After retirement from the Air Force, he entered
the Department of Defense's Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) in 1994.
Rising through the ranks, he gained extensive experience in conducting sales and auctions
of surplus and excess items, and he has become Chief of a DRMS Office.
Don is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School and is a
professional auctioneer.
Don's keen vision and irrepressible enthusiasm help keep everyone
at ProAuction.net on-task and highly motivated. |

A management team would not be complete
without the voice of experience and maturity. Rod Klein draws on his background as
businessman, developer, attorney and auctioneer to steady the path of ProAuction.net. Rod was born in North Dakota in 1933. After graduation from Mandan High
School, he attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated in
1955. He worked as a teacher, Federal government employee, ALCOA salesman, and served in
the Air Force and Air Force Reserve before attending Law School. He graduated from the
University of California, Hastings Law School in 1964.
For 35 years the Klein Law Firm has specialized in product
liability and mass tort litigation. Rod is recognized as a national leader in these
fields.
Along the way Rod saw the value and logic of the auction method of
selling. He therefore attended and graduated from the Missouri Auction School.
As a lawyer and a professional auctioneer, Rod can pledge himself
to the standards of integrity and fiduciary duty demanded by both professions. |
