ProAuction.net ™ Sales Representative Agreement

NOTICE: Please read this document carefully. All applicants must sign this agreement to be eligible to earn any commissions or bonuses.

The following agreement appears on the Independent Sales Representative Application (which may be downloaded here for printing). All Sales Representative applicants must sign a printed copy of this agreement and submit it to the ProAuction.net headquarters before they will be eligible to earn any commissions or bonuses:

By my signature below, I certify that I have been provided the opportunity to review the Independent Sales Representative Terms and Conditions for ProAuction.net, either on the ProAuction Website or in hardcopy. I have read it or am familiar with its contents, and I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, which shall be considered an integral part of this agreement by reference. I declare under penalty of perjury that the preceding statements, and those on the preceding and any attached pages, are complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that I am under no obligation to sell any item(s) on the ProAuction.net Website, that any commissions or bonuses paid to me by ProAuction.net are based solely upon my efforts, the efforts of my sales team (if any), and the gross sales made by Virtual Storefronts within my sales team organization. I further agree that no person has promised or implied that I will make any specific income from the ProAuction.net marketing program, the ProAuction.net virtual storefront program, and/or any sales made, or that I will be able to earn any amount within any time. The only success I will achieve will be a result of my own efforts in virtual storefront referrals and sales, and the referral and sale successes of those whom I may sponsor into the company. I understand that I have the right to cancel my position with ProAuction at anytime, with or without reason, through written notification to the company or by failing to pay my annual renewal fee by the 15th of January each year. Cancellation of my position will result in loss of any and all potential or actual commissions or bonuses my position may have been eligible to have earned after the effective date of my cancellation.
