ProAuction.net ™ Virtual Storefront Agreement

NOTICE: Please read this document carefully. All applicants must sign this agreement to be eligible to open a Virtual Storefront.

The following agreement appears on the Virtual Storefront Application (which may be downloaded here for printing). All Virtual Storefront applicants must sign a printed copy of this agreement and submit it to the ProAuction.net headquarters before placing any items up for sale:

By my signature below, I certify that I have received a copy of the Virtual Storefront Terms and Conditions for ProAuction.net, I have read it or am familiar with its contents, and I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, which shall be considered an integral part of this agreement by reference. I declare under penalty of perjury that the preceding statements, and those on any attached pages, are complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that I am under no obligation to sell any item(s), either by auction or by fixed price sales, on the ProAuction.net Website, and that my monthly payments only provide advertising space for my business on the ProAuction.net Website when it is operating. The privilege of selling items by auction or by fixed price sales is generally afforded to all Virtual Storefronts, but may be revoked by ProAuction.net at any time. I understand that I have the right to close my Virtual Storefront at anytime, with or without reason, by failing to prepay my monthly payments, by stopping payment on a charge, or by writing to ProAuction.net at the address above. I may only reopen my Virtual Storefront at such time as ProAuction.net allows.
